Eric & Amber Coulter Bio

Eric and Amber Coulter began serving with Global Partners in 2001. They spent 2003-2004 in Swaziland as intern missionaries. While there, they had the opportunity to pastor a local church and teach at the Bible college. Through these ministries, God began increasing their desire to become more involved in church planting. This interest led them to become a part of what God is doing in Eastern Europe. As a result, they have been appointed to serve as career missionaries in Albania.

Eric, the seventh of eight children, was born in Lapeer, Michigan. He became a child of God when he was seven years old. At the age of 24 he was called into full-time ministry while attending a Promise Keepers conference. Eric received his B.A. in psychology from Oakland University and a master's of divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary.

A North Carolina native, Amber became a Christian at the age of five. Through short-term missions experiences God called her into cross-cultural ministry. She received a B.S. in biology from the University of North Carolina and an M.A. in missions and evangelism from Asbury Theology Seminary.

Eric and Amber desire to use their gifts and lives to share Christ and empower national Christians wherever God leads them.

Eric and Amber are the parents of two sons, Philip ('01) and Zane ('03).

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6 NIV).
